Confitelia.com guarantees security and confidentiality in all its communications with its clients. The data of the purchase process is stored in a database designed for this purpose.
Confitelia.com guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, domiciliary, payment and any other data provided by our clients in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Data Protection of Character Staff.
All the data provided by our clients to Confitelia.com or its employees will be included in an automated personal data file created and maintained under the responsibility of Confitelia.com, and will only be used for the normal development of commercial activity between Confitelia, S.L. and its clients, and for no other case.
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Confitelia.com customers can, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their personal data by communicating it in writing to Confitelia, s.l., c/ Brea, 15. 03206 Elche (Alicante), or to the email address info@confitelia.com.
In the event that the data provided is associated with a purchase, Spanish legislation obliges us to keep it for at least five years, so it cannot be deleted or rectified even if the client requests it.
