DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery time for orders for mainland Spain will be within 24-48 hours from the day the payment is confirmed, provided that the payment has been made before 11 a.m. and that the product is in stock. (99% of our shipments to Spain are served within 24 hours). In the event that any of the ordered products is not in stock, the customer will be informed as long as it will take 10 days or more for their arrival. In the event that the payment of the order is confirmed on the eve of a holiday or weekend before 11 a.m., the order will be delivered the first business day following the holiday or weekend. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the obligatory forms of payment will be by credit card or by bank transfer, not being able to apply the method of payment against delivery, and the transit time will oscillate between 7/12 business days, in the case of the rest of the countries of the European Union, it will be 10/14 business days.

The cash on delivery payment will entail a surcharge, which will be reflected in the client's order copy and will be notified before the order is confirmed. This surcharge is completely unrelated to Confitelia, S.L., since it is imposed by the transport company, as well Likewise, the client must provide a valid telephone number for this specific payment method.

When the order cannot be delivered to the client due to absence, refusal or deficiencies in their data, it will be the client who bears all the derived expenses that are generated, including those corresponding to deposit, re-delivery or return to Confitelia, S.L.

Confitelia's obligation is to inform the client the day before delivery, in no case will it have an obligation to try to find or contact the recipient by other means than email. If the customer is not at the destination address, a second attempt will be made, normally within 24 hours after the first attempt and, in the event that delivery cannot be made either, the order will be returned to origin , running the client with the shipping and return costs incurred.

All merchandise sent by Confitelia, S.L. they are reviewed and packed with the greatest care before dispatch, even so, if the client notices any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, it must be recorded on the receipt from the transport company with the witness carrier and on all copies thereof.
